2. Previous driving licence categories with date and country of issue. Only necessary for category B196 and conversion of foreign driving licence.
    
3. Desired duration of training regular or intensive course.
    
4. Desired approximate start and end date of training.

9. Desired number of theoretical lessons (90 minutes each) per week. Not necessary for refresher lessons, Class BE, ascent to Class A/A2 or conversion of foreign driving licence

   -> max. 3 (BALANCED or INTENSIVE type of training)
